Julija is the Director of Falconwood Solutions, with a career spanning over 20 years. She has a proven track record in designing and managing both permanent and temporary works for new builds and refurbishment projects. Specializing in construction within inner London, Julija has worked on a wide range of projects, from domestic properties to multi-storey towers.
Her primary focus is ensuring safety and efficiency in design, while facilitating effective coordination among various stakeholders to achieve optimal design solutions that enable timely and feasible project implementation.
Having spent half of her career in permanent structural design for new builds and small refurbishments, and the other half in temporary works, she is now developing temporary works strategies for large-scale commercial projects and brings a wealth of expertise.
Andrej Zarubin
Apprentice Engineer
Andrej Zarubin recently joined Falconwood Solutions Ltd as an apprentice, supporting the practice across a range of structural engineering and technical design activities. Andrej graduated from Harris Westminster Sixth Form, where he completed A-Levels in Math, Physics, Geography and Politics. His academic background reflects a strong combination of analytical thinking, spatial awareness and an interest in the wider built environment and society.
Following his A-Level studies, Andrej spent several years living and working in Dundee, gaining practical experience across a variety of roles and industries. During this time, he demonstrated a strong work ethic, adaptability and an aptitude for problem solving, particularly in situations requiring logical thinking and practical solutions. These experiences helped shape his interest in engineering and the construction industry.
From an early age, Andrej has shown a passion for design, technical detailing and understanding how things are assembled and constructed. Through his apprenticeship at Falconwood Solutions, he is developing his technical knowledge and gaining exposure to real engineering projects, including structural assessments, temporary works and construction methodology.
